THE STORY OF ZABAG CREATIONS
Zabag Creations is an online store, originally (and still) a stall at Green Market Square, Cape Town, South Africa, that offers a wide range of African products.
The store was started by a hard-working African mother to not only provide for her family but also to work towards having African products reach a wider audience. All products are handmade and fabrics are sourced from African retailers. Currently, the company includes the creator, Zabag N. and one other employee, also an African mother, both who make produce all of the products together. The goal is to eventually employ as many as possible, creating jobs and providing opportunities for families to be taken care of.
When you buy a product from Zabag, you support a vision. One of African products being taken worldwide and of African mothers being able to provide for their families independently. Every product counts and when you shop with us, you are shopping an experience.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Your happiness is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, you can let us know and you can return the product to us and we will credit your account or exchange the item (should it be damaged). This is only valid should you let us know about the issue within one week of your purchase.
The item you have purchased is eligible for exchange or return only if it is unused and within it's original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is given, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund as shipping is non-refundable. Shipping time varies depending on location, so delivery time is dependent on where you live. Cost of shipping is calculated using the price of the items in your basket, the amount of shipping you pay depends on the amount of items you buy.
